Anarchy Hive Collective Declaration of Mission and Vision

We believe in the rights of Earth, as a living being, and with a goal of living in harmony with, and within it, with respect to our shared home, with ourselves, and other beings on it. 

To not take more than we need. To share space with other occupants on Earth, no matter what species.

To honor all life that sustains us. We believe in the cycle of life, and to respect and honor all life that is used to sustain us. 

We believe that we are all part of the Cosmos, an indivisible, living community of interrelated and interdependent beings with a common destiny; gratefully acknowledging that the Cosmos is the source of all and of sentient entities and lives. And that this home of ours provides nourishment, and learning and everything we need to live well. 

That others have usurped our power over ourselves, is not something to lament about, but that it is our responsibility to find ways to reclaim our power back. We feel that there are messages from the ancients, and of scientists, and that of great teachers before us, that reflect that our separation and autonomy, is an illusion. 

We are ALL connected, whether we have not been previously aware of it. That the disconnect was what alienated us from one another and re-connection is necessary, to realize our connection to Source and all other living beings. 

We do not fear Oneness.

We recognize that our home Earth, and it's inhabitants, is just part of a greater creation.

We recognize that the current system and all forms of depredation, exploitation, abuse, and contamination have caused great destruction, degradation and disruption and have us all out of balance with nature and with ourselves..

We are convinced that in an interdependent living community it is not possible to recognize the rights of only human beings, without causing an imbalance within the Earth and it's other living creatures.

We believe that, to guarantee human rights, it is necessary to recognize and defend the rights of our shared Earth, and all beings within her.

We are conscious of the urgency of taking decisive, collective action to transform structures and systems that is causing great strife and destruction and that we must make an attempt to reflect and live reflecting other holistic and healthier options.

We believe that:

The Cosmos and our Earth is a living being.

The Cosmos, and specifically, our Earth, is a unique, indivisible, self-regulating community of interrelated, multi-dimensional beings that sustains, contains and reproduces all beings.

Each being is defined by its relationships as an integral part of the Cosmos.

The inherent rights of our Earth and creatures on it, are inalienable in that they arise from the same source as existence.

In The Cosmos and in said Earth, all beings are entitled to all the inherent rights recognized in this Declaration without distinction of any kind, such as may be made between organic and inorganic beings, species, origins, use to human beings, or any other status.

Just as human beings have rights, all other beings also have rights which are specific to their species, or kind and appropriate for their role and function within the communities within which they exist.

The rights of each being are limited by the rights of other beings and any conflict between their rights must be resolved in a way that maintains the integrity, balance, and health of Earth, and in the same vein, the balance in the Cosmos.

We believe that:

Mother Earth and all beings of which she is composed have the following rights.

The right to life and to exist;

The right to be respected;

The right to regenerate its bio-capacity and to continue its vital cycles and processes free from human disruptions;

The right to maintain its identity and integrity as a distinct, self-regulating and interrelated being;

The right to clean water as a source of life;

The right to clean air;

The right to integral health;

The right to be free from contamination, pollution, and toxic or radioactive waste;

The right to not have its genetic structure modified or disrupted in a manner that threatens its integrity or vital and healthy functioning, (only if a being, or species, and said genetic structure is toxic to itself, and others, and said being(s) is incapacitated to work on it's own behalf(s), will intervention prove necessary for the sake of the being(s), and affected others, that the being(s) negatively affects.. 

Right now the greatest enemy to itself, and to others, is the human being. How that is being implemented right now, is a violation and a reason why Humanity can not be trusted with power over itself, and others. And must be checked by some greater more evolved authority, based on wisdom and respect, and not greed, or power based. What we see reflected now in place, the way many alterations and modifications taking place, we do not agree with, and stands to show why humanity needs intervention on its behalf.)

The right to full and prompt restoration for violation of the rights recognized in this Declaration caused by human activity;

Each being has the right to a place and to play its role in our home Earth for her, and ours harmonious function and coexistence.

Every being has the right to well being and to live free from torture or cruel treatment by human beings.

Obligations of Human Beings to Mother Earth

We believe that:

Every human being is responsible for respecting and living in harmony with Mother Earth and other life, species that we SHARE Earth with.

Human beings, all States and all public and private institutions must:

Act in accordance with the rights and obligations declared

Recognize and promote the full implementation and enforcement of the rights and obligations declared

Promote and participate in learning, analysis, interpretation, and communication about how to live in harmony with others, other species, within Mother Earth in accordance with what is right and what is in harmony of the greater good for us all, within a living system.

Ensure that the pursuit of human well-being contributes to the well-being of our home Earth, and other species, now and in the future;

Establish and apply effective norms and laws for the defense, protection, and conservation of the rights of our home Earth, and other species here

Respect, protect, conserve and where necessary, restore the integrity, of the vital ecological cycles, processes, and balances of our shared home Earth

Guarantee that the damages caused by human violations of the inherent rights recognized, are rectified and that those responsible are held accountable for restoring the integrity and health of Earth, human beings, and the other species affected...

Empower human beings and institutions to defend the rights of our shared home Earth, and of all beings residing on it.

Establish precautionary and restrictive measures to prevent human activities from causing species extinction, the destruction of ecosystems or the disruption of ecological cycles, ecosystems, or the disruption of ecological cycles;

Guarantee peace and eliminate nuclear, chemical and biological weapons;

Promote and support practices of respect for our shared home, Earth and all beings, in accordance with their own cultures, traditions and customs;

Promote economic systems that are in harmony with our shared Earth.

Definitions

We believe that:

The term “being” includes ecosystems, natural communities hh, species and all other natural, and artificial entities, which exist as part of Earth, and in the same vein, the cosmos.
